After it downloads

  1. Extract the entire ZIP.
  2. Open the extracted folder and run Anime2.5DRig.exe.
  3. Allow camera and microphone access for face and mouth tracking.

The build is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may ask you to confirm its first launch. Edge WebView2 is required and is already installed on current Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems.
